Evelyn Adesina

Production and Filmmaking Trainee

A multidisciplinary creative working across theatre, film, photography, and digital media, with a strong passion for storytelling and community engagement. Her lifelong dedication to the arts has driven her to continuously develop skills and explore new ways to use creativity as a tool for connection and communication.

She actively volunteers in creative spaces such as HOME and Factory International, gaining hands-on experience supporting events, engaging audiences, and working within live cultural environments. She recently volunteered as a Media Assistant at the See My World Festival, a multicultural event that reflect the aspirations of Manchester’s Pan-African community, where she contributed creative content and supported engagement with diverse communities across the city.

Alongside this, she has taken part in several community photography workshops, gaining experience covering events as both a photographer and videographer. These experiences have strengthened her skills in visual storytelling and digital media, and have inspired her to pursue creative work that combines production, community engagement, and cultural impact.
As a Production Trainee with Sheba Arts, she is developing practical experience across event and festival delivery, supporting live projects, coordination, and behind-the-scenes production processes. She is particularly interested in understanding how creative events are planned, delivered, and promoted, and how production teams collaborate to create meaningful and inclusive cultural experiences.
